This place is so good! My friend and I came here at night (huge mistake) and most of their flavors had sold out. We ended up getting tiramisu, regular and custard. The tiramisu was good until the 8th bite. The flavor got really strong. The regular and custard flavor though was delicious! I want to go back to try their other flavors.

Didn't realize this is soft serve, not froyo! And that the soft serve brands they serve (Wow Cow & Carbolite) are low calorie/delactosed - yay!

I was side-eyeing the prices at first because they seemed way expensive. But then our "small" soft serve came out and it was giant for a small! It was like a towering pillar of soft serve sitting in the teeny little cup. We got the Chunky Monkey (banana chocolate) and it was perfectly thick & creamy. If it was low-calorie it definitely avoided tasting like it!

My one complaint: Almost all the flavors on the menu were unavailable when we came half an hour before closing. They were sold out or coming out watery. And this wasn't obvious at a glance - I went through the same exchange with the cashier 4 times ("Can I try ____?" "That's sold out." "Ok can I try ___ then?" "That's watery." etc etc) until I finally got to my 5th pick out of 6 which were available. Liiittle bit awkward. I wish the cashier had just told me which 2 flavors were actually available at the time instead of letting me ask about 4 different flavors on my own. Or they could put a "sold out" sticker next to the flavors on the menu to save time making decisions on the spot.

Overall though, happy to have found this unassuming soft serve place! Will definitely be back soon.

OK, I hate to be the one to say this but Yumi Yogurt doesn't really serve frozen yogurt. Most of their flavors are carbolite and wowcow. Carbolite is dairy whey sweetened with Xylitol while wowcow is delactosed whey sweetened with real fruit fructose. For those that care, carbolite is 8 calories and 2g sugar per oz while wowcow is 12 calories and and 3g sugar per oz. Wowcow should be fine if you're lactose intolerant.

So what do you call this stuff? I call it soft serve. And I call it yummy, which is why I've been coming back for more than a decade.

The flavors change daily. If you don't want to be surprised when you show up, you can call ahead or download the app. For years, you could sample as much as you want but now they ask you to limit yourself to two samples. I usually get two flavors, as figuring out how to pair flavors is part of the fun.

They've also gotten rid of the kid size which was plenty big for most adults. Don't get me wrong, I finish the small -- it's that good. You can also get the large wrapped to take home for your freezer.

You can add toppings for an extra price but I think it's better without it. There's also Lappert's ice cream available (Kaui Pie!).

This is a small store with limited seating. There are a few extra tables outside. Nothing fancy, but I'm a fan of the soft serve.

Our neighbor brought us WowCow (lower guilt soft serve) and my review for that would have been 4 or 5 stars. It didn't taste low calorie, and was a huge serving. We tried Oreo and Banana. I loved mixing the two but would only get Oreo in the future because that's more my style.

A few days after we had Yumi to-go, we decided to check out the main location. It was 30 minutes to close and they were out of a lot of flavors already. I ordered a small Rocky Road WowCow. My fiancé also wanted Carbolite or WowCow, and sampled a blueberry cheesecake flavor. He decided that was what he wanted and then they said it would take 3 minutes because the flavor wasn't coming out properly. We waited. It didn't come out still so he had a small amount at the bottom. Then he decided to go for the vanilla flavor instead. Same thing happened. At this point there were no low calorie flavors left for him as the flavor I got also ran out. The last available WowCow was white chocolate peppermint which we both thought tasted absolutely disgusting. The employee then gave him a normal soft serve chocolate flavor on top of the other two.

This would have been whatever, but the sad mixture cup of soft serve was still at the high $5 price (we had almost walked out despite the fact I already had my cup). The customer service sucked...they basically just shrugged as each flavor choice came out empty.

That being said, if you run out of almost EVERYTHING 30 minutes before closing, close earlier or don't let people sample flavors that you can no longer serve.

On the bright side, both chocolate flavors we received tasted fine

    Updating this yet again...
-The place smells disgustingly clean (like more sanitized than a doctor's office... I still smell the chemicals after leaving).
-The flavors are inconsistent and very expensive
-The people who work here have no idea what's going on (one didn't know how to pour froyo...)
-The spoons are so cheap that my fiancé and I both sliced our mouths open and started bleeding (that's when I lost my appetite completely)
...needless to say, we will not be returning again

This place is so good and I cannot believe it is healthy too. Their carbolite froyo is my favorite. They change their flavors daily as well. My favorite flavor they have is probably any of their Oreo flavor variations. So good. But one thing you never have to worry about with yumi yogurt is that every single time they  always have the most delicious flavors. Whoever is in charge of selecting flavors of the day here is doing a really good job. What I like best about this place is that it fits my dietary needs. I am on a low carb diet and I also try to avoid dairy so they have wow cow option (low sugar dairy free) and carbolite option (Zero carb low sugar). Perfect place if you want to indulge in delicious froyo but are also healthy person. They also serve ice cream for those who don't care for froyo. I probably come here 4-5 times a month.
